Red Cabbage and Cheese Salad

1 head of Red Cabbage (about 1 pound)
Juice from 1 Lemon
1 Apple
1/4 lb Green Grapes (seedless), cut into half
1/4 lb Hard Cheese, such as Swiss Cheese
1/4 lb Camembert Cheese, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons chopped Hazelnuts or Walnuts
2 tablespoons Nut Oil (such as Walnut Oil)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Remove the top outer layer of the red cabbage - discard these. Wash the red cabbage, cut it in half and cut out the white stem. Cut the red cabbage into thin strips and put into a large mixing bowl. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix in the oil.

Cut the apple into thin slices. Do the same with the hard cheese. Add to the red cabbage. Add extra salt and pepper if needed.

Arrange the Camembert wedges, grapes, and nuts on each plate. Top each with the red cabbage.
