Pflaumenkuchen (Plum Cake)
Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
Wash plums and cut each into half. Remove stones. Arrange plum halves skin-side-down in the Yeast Dough Base.
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Bake cake for 50-60 minutes. Remove cake from oven. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar over hot cake. Allow cake to cool completely in pan.
Serve with whipped cream.

2 lbs Plums
1 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
