Beer Characteristics
Deep amber, sometimes reddish, in color. Slightly opaque. Very little effervescence resulting in very little head. Noticeable hops and malt tastes with a very dry finish.

Serving Suggestions
Kellerbier serves well as an aperitif, served before meals to stimulate the appetite.
